Digraph Letters

Digraph letters represent sounds that are commonly written using two letters in English but are treated as a single phonetic unit in Rainian Phonetica.

They are formed using specialized diacritical marks.

Rainian Phonetica currently has six digraph letters:

The two forms of th are represented separately because English has both a voiced and an unvoiced pronunciation.
